The world is witnessing the phenomenal growth of the Clean beauty industry and a large amount of investments is being pumped into clean beauty brands. The two-year-old Delhi based startup was launched by Naina Ruhail, Prateek Ruhail and Sahil Shrestha. With this funding, Vanity Wagon now plans to on-board an additional 70 brands and estimates, 50,000 new users, by 2021. The Organic beauty marketplace currently services 50,000 pin codes with 85 brands. The new infusion of funds will be used by the company to expand its footprint, onboard more brands and fulfil a larger consumer base. Two-year-old start-up Vanity Wagon has raised USD 200,000 (Rs 1.5 crore) in a seed round led by Agility Venture Partners, Alfa Ventures founder Dhianu Das, actor Anita Hassanandani and angel investor Sanjay Nagi.
